Archive messages with a single click
Since Aprils update for Office2016 on your Apple Mac you can now finally archive your unwanted emails into a seperate file.
Use one-click archive to safely store emails that you need to keep but don't want cluttering up your inbox. Clicking the Archive button on the ribbon moves your messages to the Archive folder (default) or to any folder you specify.
Note for business users of office365 : This is not the same feature as online archive
