We now only accept machines at our repair center if the problem is to big or not possible to resolve by Remote Support or On-Site.
Once we understand the issue(s) you are facing with your Windows computer or Apple Mac if you still require our 'Repair Center' service, once discussed we will provide a time and date for you to pop it in to our repair center and we will get working on the problem straight away. Our standard repair time is 1-10 days and we charge a fixed fee of £99 for service plus any hardware required.
